Right now, Alcatel OneTouch is offering last year’s flagship smartphone for just $188 unlocked. Last week at Mobile World Congress, the company introduced the Idol 3, which is going to come in at under $300 when it’s available, unlocked of course. The Alcatel OneTouch Idol 2 S is available fro $188 right now. While it is last year’s model, it’s still a pretty capable smartphone. It features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor which is a quad-core 1.2GHz SoC. It also has 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage along with a microSD card slot that supports up to 32GB. We’re also looking at a 8MP camera on the back with a 1.3MP camera on the front. Along with a 5-inch 720p display.
