Until now only those in a few areas of California and New York have been able to take advantage of Google Shopping Express , but that's changing now. As was previously rumored, Shopping Express is expanding to new cities and it's bringing a new name a pricing structure along with it. Google Shopping Express is now simply Google Express, and it requires a paid membership or per-delivery charge.
Google Express is now available in Chicago, Boston, and Washington D.C.

We've already seen most everything about the Droid Turbo, but Verizon has apparently just given us a launch date - October 28. The "Droid Does" landing page hosted on Verizon Wireless' domain has just activated once again, bearing a countdown to the 28th, with the option to sign up for updates.
How do we know this is about the Droid Turbo? The floating object pictured above perfectly resembles the back of the Droid Turbo we've already seen, with the unique camera/flash configuration and matching back contour.

Most people don’t mind pulling down their app drawer to deal with notifications. When you get a lot of notifications, swiping down a bunch of times can get tedious. Now there’s an application that lets you deal with your notifications pretty much everywhere.
It’s called NotifWidget and as the name implies, it’s a widget that shows your notifications. It also comes with DayDream support as well as a lock screen widget so you can literally deal with your notifications anywhere. It comes from the same developer who developed the widely popular and critically acclaimed System Monitor app.
Using it is simple enough. You just put the widget on your home screen and wait for notifications to appear. Instead of swiping them away, you must tap a little button on the left side to dismiss. There is also the option to put a clock on there so there is actually something present when there are no notifications. It’s a basic clock but it gets the job done. The DayDream functionality seems to work without a hitch (check the leftmost image in the screenshots above).
There are also some light customization options for NotifWidget. You can change the size and color of the clock and you can change the color and transparency of the background. There are also some options to show things like the “clear all notifications” button. It’s not a lot but it doesn’t need to be. These options should help the widget fit right into almost any theme.
The app is currently available in the Google Play Store using the button below and it costs $1.26US (€0.99). It’s a simple application but between the lock screen, DayDream, and home screen access, dealing with all those notifications just got a lot faster and easier.
Good news HTC One M8 owners! HTC Product Manger Mo Versi has announced that starting tomorrow, the unlocked models of the HTC One M8 will begin receiving HTC’s Android 4.4.4 update which includes their all new EYE Experience. This is the same updated camera app that will come out of the box on the HTC Desire EYE, HTC’s upcoming smartphone with dual 13MP rear and front facing cameras. If you want a taste of what to expect, check out the video explaining some of the new features below.
While this leaves out carrier specific models of the HTC One M8, Versi did mention that the T-Mobile version will likely see the update before November 7th, but he wouldn’t commit to an official date until we get a little closer to then. As far as everyone else, just keep your fingers crossed. This should be the final KitKat update until HTC makes the transition on over to Android L in the coming months. Can you feel the excitement?
We talked about it in our in depth review, but one of the best features of the Motorola Moto 360 was the fact that the smartwatch charges using the Qi wireless standard. That means if you’ve got another Qi wireless charger laying around the house, you could charge up the smartwatch using that as well.
Be all that as it may, not too many wireless chargers prop up the Moto 360 for easy viewing of the docked bedside clock mode. Should you ever find yourself in need of an additional (or replacement) Moto 360 dock, you can now find them available at Best Buy for $40.
A bit pricey, you’ll probably want to bookmark this for future use, especially given you wont be able to use this charger for anything other than your Moto 360. Don’t forget, you can also pair this with a portable charger for charging away from the outlet.

It started with emojis, then images but starting today, you should start seeing stickers being used in lieu of actual words in the comments section on Facebook. What started out as a hackathon project by Bob Baldwin and Kwame Thomison, later rolled out to mobile users, and now finally, Android and iOS. We’re not sure if this required an update (or if it updated on Facebook’s backend), but you should find the new sticker button located next to the “write a comment” bar up and running in your app.
With memes, apps like Yo, and the rise of all-photo or all-emoji social networks, is it possible our smartphones — with the vast wealth of knowledge they give the world access to — actually be responsible for the death of modern language? Maybe we should all just get with the times and embrace new communication methods like this? No. It’s the children who are wrong.
