Moto 360 with Champagne and Stainless Steel Slim Bands available through Motorola
What makes the Moto 360 so special is its customization. It comes in a few different colors with various bands ranging from leather to metal. Of course, you can always replace the band with another third-party choice. Though, Motorola now has another variant of the Moto 360 available through its site. The Slim Metal bands in Champagne and Stainless Steel have arrived. They both measure 18mm.
The price of the Moto 360 with Slim Bands is slightly varied. The Champagne color climbs to $329 while the Stainless Steel remains $299.

Samsung files complaint to remove NVIDIA’s graphics chips from the United States
Things are not exactly friendly between Samsung and NVIDIA. In September, NVIDIA launched a lawsuit against Samsung and Qualcomm alleging patent infringement. Samsung returned by saying that NVIDIA has falsely advertised its Tegra K1 processor. This is swiftly responded to by proof of actual benchmarks. The false advertising response was issued nearly two weeks ago, but now things are getting serious once again. Samsung filed a complaint with the United States International Trade Commission. What is the goal of this complaint? To block NVIDIA from providing its graphics chips in the United States. While it does sound unlikely to happen, it is certainly a possibility.

Qualcomm MDP/T adds tablet to Snapdragon 810 development device family
Earlier today we learned that Qualcomm was making available a new smartphone for developers to use as a reference platform based on the forthcoming Snapdragon 810 processor. It turns out the smartphone is not the only form factor getting this treatment from Qualcomm. The company is also making available the MDP/T which is a 10.1-inch tablet powered by the Snapdragon 810.
Qualcomm not only put in their next top of the line processor in this new tablet, they loaded it up with some other nice hardware. The 10.1-inch display is a 4K display running at 3840 x 2160 resolution and supports 10-finger multi-touch. The tablet also has 4GB of DDR4 RAM and 64GB of internal memory. The rear camera is a 13 MP sensor with optical image stabilization and the front-facing camera is a 4 MP sensor. The tablet has front-facing speakers, ultrasound emitters for gesture support, and a 7560 mAh battery. According to Qualcomm, the device will come with the “latest available Android OS.”

Verizon focusing on accessories for Black Friday
We are days away from the time of year when shoppers go mad looking for the best deals. Carriers in the United States make a massive amount of money at this time through luring in new customers and upgrading existing ones with new devices. T-Mobile already started some of its deals a few days ago. AT&T is riding on accessories to generate sales. And Sprint is choosing to give attention to select items. As for Verizon, we were unsure about it would offer until now. Today, Big Red unveiled its deals. There are a few devices discounted here and there, but Verizon is focusing on accessories. A total of seventeen accessories are discounted while there are just a few phones and tablets receiving the same treatment.

Specs and images of Sony Xperia Z4 show up
Not quite a year ago at CES 2014, Sony explicitly indicated they believed the market for flagship smartphone development was going to be on a semi-annual basis, so that is what they set for an internal target. After the release of the Xperia Z2 early in the year, Sony did indeed follow-up about six months later with the Xperia Z3. Sticking to that pattern, sources indicate Sony is ready to announce the Xperia Z4 at CES 2015 on January 5th in Las Vegas. Along with the Xperia Z4, Sony reportedly will also release a larger Xperia Z4 Ultra.
To go with this latest tip, sources provided some alleged details of the devices and images of the new look Sony is going for with their next round of flagship devices. Despite earlier rumors that Sony would opt for a Snapdragon 810 in the Xperia Z4, word now is that they are sticking with the more widely available Snapdragon 805. The processor will help power a 5.4-inch quad-HD display. Sony is supposedly still planning to load the Xperia Z4 with 4GB of RAM to help run Android Lollipop.
The larger Xperia Z4 Ultra will not be much different save for the size of the device. The Z4 Ultra appears to be getting the same combination of a Snapdragon 805 chip and 4GB of RAM. The larger display will be a 5.9-inch panel. Sources indicate Sony will put all of this in a device that is only 5.7mm thin.
One area where Sony hopes to set itself above the competition will be the camera sensor. The company has been working on a new generation sensor, the IMX230, capable of capturing 20.7MP images. The new sensor includes image plane detection auto-focus technology and 192-point auto-focus. Sony is reportedly developing a second sensor in the same family that is “only” 16MP capable. According to sources, these specs match the alleged camera sensors for the Xperia Z4 and Xperia Z4 Ultra respectively.
