IUNI U3 Is Now Available For Pre-Order In China Directly From The Company For 2,000 Yuan

We keep on getting conflicting information when it comes to IUNI U3 and its launch. This time it’s finally official, IUNI has opened U3 pre-orders on company’s official webpage. If you’d like to pre-order this phone you can do so if you’re located in China. Pre-orders start at 10AM on October 9th (local time) and will be closed at 23:59 on October 15th. These pre-orders work a bit different than what we’re used to, you don’t pay for the phone right away, you basically just reserve a copy. IUNI will request you to pay up afterwards, between 10AM on October 16th and 4PM on October 18th. If you don’t pay for the phone you’ve pre-ordered your order will be cancelled. The company didn’t say when will they ship the phones to consumers, but we assume shortly after October 18th. There are 3 colors available for purchase, white, black and turquoise, while the phone itself will cost you 2000 Yuan, as it was previously reported.

Let me tell you why is this a great deal. IUNI U3 sports a 5.5-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display by Sharp along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz is powering this thing and comes with Adreno 330 GPU for graphics processing. 13-megapixel camera (Sony’s sensor) is located at the back of the device while there’s a 5-megapixel snapper located on the front of it. 3000mAh is also part of this package and the device comes with Android 4.4.4 OS out of the box with IUNI OS on top of it. This is an LTE capable device and as you can see it comes with really thin side bezels. If you’re one to use more than 1 SIM card, you’re in luck, this is also a dual SIM capable device. On top of all of this, this device is built out of magnesium alloy and plastic of course.

IUNI is not a well-known brand, but they sure do offer a lot here for only 2000 Yuan (which is about $326 by the way). I’m sure many consumers in China will jump on board an grab one of these devices. IUNI will, hopefully, make this thing available worldwide as well in the future, though the company didn’t provide any information when it comes to that just yet.
