The Nexus 6 has been met with mixed feelings so far. One one side you’ve got those that are used to the Galaxy Note line up of devices loving the Nexus 6’s size. With it’s 5.9-inch display. On the other hand you’ve got just about everyone else. Who is looking for a device they can use with one hand. Which, unless you are a giant, you won’t be able to use the Nexus 6 with just one hand. Which is unfortunate, because I often use my smartphone with just one hand. And that’s why I got rid of my OnePlus One in favor of the LG G3. Even though they are the same size screen, the bezels make a huge difference.
In this video by Canoopsy, he has a mock up of the Nexus 6 which is supposedly made off of the leaked images we’ve seen in recent days for the Nexus 6 from Motorola. He compares it to the Nexus 5, Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and a few other flagships as well so we can see just how big it really is. It looks to be about the same size as the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, which does actually have a smaller display. So that shows you that the bezels can really make a phone smaller with a larger display. Motorola did this with their Moto X already, basically the same body size as the 5.1-inch display Samsung Galaxy S5, but squeezed in a 5.2-inch display.
The Nexus 6 isn’t yet official, but it’s getting pretty close. We should be hearing an announcement from Google pretty soon about the Nexus 6, and Android L launching. Which we can’t wait for. How many of you are excited for the Nexus 6 from Motorola to finally be unveiled in the next few weeks? Let us know in the comments down below.
