Meizu is believed to be working on a more robust version of its MX4 phone. It will go by the name MX4 Pro and the specifications, if today’s leak is to be believed, are very impressive.
One of the processors from Samsung’s Exynos family will be found in this device. The MX4 Pro is said to have the Exynos 5430 with 4GB of RAM at its side. There are some discrepancies when it comes to the cores with the listed processor. The listing shows Cortex-A15 and Cortex-A17 cores being present; however, there seems to be a typo as the Exynos 5430 uses Cortex-A7 cores instead of Cortex-A17 cores.
The MX4 Pro’s 5.36-inch display has a resolution of 2560×1536. This is abnormal considering that QHD displays are typically 2560×1440. But who doesn’t love more pixels?
The MX4 Pro matches the MX4 with a 20.7MP camera on the back, but up front the 13MP camera dominates over the original 2MP one. Shots from both the front and back cameras will almost certainly deliver excellent quality. It is actually incredible that the front camera is expected to be 13MP. That is something you do not find with very many devices.
