Back in May, the Galaxy S5 Active landed on AT&T’s network, not only an exclusive to that carrier but to the United States as well. Now according to SamMobile, citing undisclosed sources, this is about to change as the Galaxy S5 Active will soon be headed to Europe.
While no exact details are revealed about launch time frame, the handset will reportedly launch in silver and green for €629 (roughly $814). As for the internals and exterior? You can expect the same Snapdragon 801-powered ruggedized handset as you’ll find in the US market. For more details on the Active, you’ll want to check out our full review.
For those of you in Europe, what do you think of the news, interested in picking up the GS5 Active if it is in fact headed your way?
