Xiaomi Mi Note Gets Unboxed In China, Take A Look At Xiaomi’s Latest Product

Xiaomi has held their press conference a couple of days ago and announced four new products, which we’ve covered at length, especially the Mi Note and Mi Note Pro devices. We’ve seen a ton of images of these handsets (which look the same on the outside) thus far, even the teardown of the Mi Note, but this time around we have some additional Mi Note / Mi Note Pro coverage to share with you.

We’ve already dealt with the hands-on article recently, and it’s time for an unboxing now. One of the first Mi Note unboxings appeared in China, if you take a look at the gallery down below, you’ll notice a ton of unboxing images for you to take a look at. The box is nothing special, typical Xiaomi packaging I’d say, though the unboxing does offer some really nice shots of the device itself if you’re interested. You’ll be able to see the device from basically every possible angle, let us know if you like it and if you’d be interested in getting a copy.

Let’s just go over the specs of these handsets real quick, the Mi Note and Mi Note Pro look basically identical, so even though the phone, that is unboxed here, is the Mi Note, the Mi Note Pro will offer the same exact look. These devices do look identical on the outside, but are significantly different on the inside. The Mi Note offers a 5.7-inch 1080p display, 3GB of RAM and 16 or 64GB of internal storage. The Mi Note Pro, on the other hand, features a 5.7-inch 2K display, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 SoC powers on the Mi Note, while the Snapdragon 810 will ship with the Mi Note Pro. Every other spec (besides the battery size) is pretty much the same, including the 13 and 4-megapixel cameras these handsets come with and their MIUI OS which comes pre-installed on both of these handsets.

Xiaomi Mi Note will be available for pre-order on January 20 in China, and will ship on January 27. The Mi Note Pro will quite probably be a little late to the party. If you live outside of China, and are looking to buy either of these devices, Oppomart has listed both of them already, but they’re not available just yet, should be soon though.
