As expected, today is the day that HTC holds its “Double Exposure” event, in which we expect to see both a new photo-focused smartphone and a GoPro-like handheld camera.
While we don’t know all the details just yet, the rumor mill has filled in a few blanks. First, the HTC Eye (likely to be branded Desire Eye not One Eye) is said to have an excellent front and back camera experience. Second, the HTC camera is believed to go by the name RE and leaked photos point to it having a periscope-like cylinder design.
