Google unveils its Android Lollipop statue

Continuing Google’s tradition of placing Android statues on its campus, today the new Lollipop-inspired statue was unveiled to the world. The latest sculpture is situated a little bit apart from the other statues and happens to be the largest member of the bunch.


As you can see, the sculpture shows off a bugdroid holding a massive lollipop and making the peace sign. Out of all the rumored names, we personally liked Lollipop the best and are glad to see it win out over other suggested titles like Lemon Meringue Pie, Lion and Licorice. Though we admit we are curious to see what a Lion (candy bar) statue might have looked like…
