4.93 Million Usernames and Passwords Leaked; Google Claims System Wasn’t Breached

chain-lock_Gmail According to Russian news site CNews, nearly 5 million gmail accounts were posted to a Russian bitcoin forum. To make matters worse, the user who published the file claims that about 60% of these passwords are still valid. Fortunately, it seems that many of the accounts are old or repeats, so most likely 5 million people were not adversely affected by this leak.
