Best Buy has put on a pretty decent sale for the 4G-equipped Moto G if you’re looking for an inexpensive smartphone. They’ve chopped $40 off its usual price of $220, bringing it down to $180. That’s the same MSRP for the 3G-only version that originally launched, so we’d say this is a pretty good opportunity to get the most for your money if you need an entry-level smartphone.
The Moto G has a Snapdragon 400 quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, a 4.5-inch 720p display, 8GB of internal storage (expandable by up to 32GB via microSD), a 5 megapixel rear camera with a 1.3 megapixel front camera, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS w/ GLONASS, a 2,070 mAh battery and more.
The device also comes with 50GB of Google Drive storage for at least two years, and comes with a lightly customized version of Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box. There aren’t many better values in tech at the moment so be sure to take advantage as soon as possible if you’ve been eyeing Motorola’s best selling device of all time.
