You may be able to read messages on your Gear 2, but you cannot type out a reply with it. That changes today with Fleksy releasing a new messaging app that allows the Samsung smartwatch to have a full, but small, keyboard to text with. All texting, receiving and replying, can be done from your wrist. The app will sync with a smartphone to better understand texting patterns and it is what allows texts to be sent over to the smartwatch.
The Fleksy Messenger App is available for free in the Samsung Apps section of compatible devices.
