Samsung Galaxy Tab A Plus Wi-Fi Variant Spotted Passing Through The FCC

Samsung have never been one to shy away from releasing a new smartphone, tablet or wearable. In fact, the South Korean tech giant quite often releases a number of each of these devices, each year. We have already seen their latest 2015 flagship smartphone see its unveiling, in the form of the Samsung Galaxy S6. Not to mention, its counterpart device, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also see its announcing. Well, there has also been a few rumors floating around regarding the news that Samsung are gearing up to release a new set of tablets, dubbed the ‘A’ range. These are expected to go by the names, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A and the Samsung Galaxy Tab A Plus.


The two devices first popped up on the news radar back towards the end of January when their existence was first speculated upon. Following on from this, a couple of weeks later, more news emerged with the reported specs of the two devices. Well, the latest on this front is that a WiFi version of the Galaxy Tab A Plus has just been noted passing through the FCC. As it also often reported, once a device passes through the FCC, it is normally not that long afterwards that the device gets its official unveiling and launch. As such, the Galaxy Tab A Plus WiFi night not be too far away from reaching ‘official’ status


In terms of the specs, these are still largely in the rumored stage and as such have yet to be confirmed. That said, the specs reportedly to be on offer for the reported model number SM-P350, includes an 8 inch display which comes along with a 1024 x 600 resolution. Inside, the SM-P350 is expected to come with 2GB RAM and powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor. Additional Features on offer include 16GB internal storage, an S-Pen like stylus, a 4,200mAh battery and a very thin 7.4mm body.
