Last week we caught wind that the Nexus Player would find its way to more retailers. Newegg and Walmart were the earliest sightings of the thing outside of Google Play and they have since gone on sale.
Best Buy has also thrown its hat into the fray, and with a nice bonus: you can buy the Nexus Player on their website and opt for in-store pickup if they have any in stock. This is a great alternative to waiting for shipment and, in the case of RMAs, having to deal with shipping the unit off to a facility for a lengthy repair process (let’s just hope you’ll never have to worry about that in the lifespan of your Nexus Player).
