When the Galaxy S5 was first announced back at MWC we saw it shown off in a variety of cool colors, but as is typical, most carriers only offered a few of the colors once the handset was made available to consumers. For those in the United States holding out for the Electric Blue Galaxy S5, you’ll be happy to know that the wait is over on August 17th.
The Electric Blue Galaxy S5 will be sold exclusively through Best Buy, priced at $99 with a two-year contract on either Verizon, Sprint or AT&T’s network. The $99 pricing is limited time, however, and the handset will go up in price after August 23rd. For those that prefer an installment plan, Best Buy says they can grab the handset for $0 down via Verizon Edge, AT&T Next or Sprint Easy pay and doing so will qualify them for an $100 Best Buy Gift card with activation.
