With a variety of devices getting Lollipop, it was only a matter of time before the “flagship killer,” the OnePlus One, would see its own CyanogenMod Lollipop update. While there are unofficial CM Lollipop builds out and about, and users using CyanogenMod 11s, other users have been waiting patiently for an official CyanogenMod 12s build to arrive for the device and they’ll only have to wait patiently for another few days.
According to OnePlus founder Carl Pei, CM12 has just passed certification and will be rolling out within the next few days. Now that’s a relative amount a time but it’s nice to know that it will be rolling out soon. Of course, if you don’t want to wait, you can install OnePlus’ own OxygenOS.
