LG’s G Watch is less than two weeks old but that isn’t stopping LG from releasing their next wearable to the world, the G Watch R. A couple days ago the Korean tech giant released a teaser video to build hype and today they’ve posted the above image to their Facebook account. The similarities to the upcoming Moto 360 are obvious, including a round display and a single button on the side of the device. However, LG is the only company so far to release a smartwatch with a completely circular display (the bottom portion of the Moto 360 serves as a touchpad).
This is no doubt going to be an exciting watch and I for one am curious to see it up close. No word on pricing or availability yet but with IFA 2014 just around the corner, that information should be available soon.
