Samsung has released a brand new ad showcasing their Galaxy S5. Of course, it’s targeting their usual target, Apple. this commercial is all about the battery life on the Galaxy S5 compared to the iPhone. Samsung shows off the Ultra Power Saving mode as well as the ability to switch batteries. Neither of which are on the iPhone 5S or any other iPhone. I’ve heard from many people that the battery on the iPhone was pretty good, but I also see tons of people having their phone plugged in all day, so it can’t be that great, right?
In the commercial, Samsung shows iPhone users hugging the wall to charge their device. Which isn’t just iPhone users, you’ll see this with anyone that has a smartphone actually. Even Samsung owners. There’s even a spot where someone unplugs this lady’s iPhone right in front of her, that gave me a good chuckle actually.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 has great battery life, especially when you start using the Ultra Power Save Mode. But the best part of the Galaxy S5 is the removable battery. Because you are able to go ahead and get a larger battery from Zero Lemon. Which I’ve used their battery on the Galaxy S3 and S4 in the past and loved the difference. they offered a 7500mAh battery for the Galaxy S3, which was more than 3 times the size of the battery Samsung put in there. However there are some advantages to having a non-removable battery as well. Like being able to get a larger battery in there since it’s not removable. Like we see in devices like the Moto X, Moto G, LG G2, and even the OnePlus One.
How many of you are always near an outlet to charge up your device? Do you wish you got better battery life out of your phone? Let us know in the comments below.
