I know some of you guys really like concepts, I know I do. I really love to see a nicely designed smartphone even if I know for a fact that the final product won’t sport that design, in most cases it doesn’t even resemble the concept 3rd party designs. That doesn’t mean we can’t take a peek and enjoy images and video that some smartphone fans come up with. They invest time and effort in order to produce such images and video clips, so we might as well take a look at them, right?
Speaking of which, a new HTC One Hima Ace (M9) concept (that’s a mouthful) surfaced, made by one Hasak Kaymak, which is rather well-known for his nice concept smartphone designs. While we’re waiting for the HTC One (M9), we might as well enjoy these concept renders. If you take a look at the gallery below this article, you’ll notice a bunch of nice images of this handset. You’ll also find a video down below as well.
Mr. Kaymak came up with a nice, sleek metal-made shell, which is actually quite probable, both the One (M8) and One (M7) before it sported a metal design. This thing also features an edge-to-edge display and has dual front-facing speakers, which will also be included in the One (M9) Hima, HTC’s well-known BoomSound speakers. The designer place da single camera on the back of this handset and a triple-LED flash, which is interesting and very unlikely, it would be interesting to see how would that benefit the image though.
I have to say that I really dig this design, everything except the triple-LED flash on the back, that looks weird. I would love it if HTC would design something similar to this and release that as the HTC One (M9). The device looks sleek and elegant, just like the previous two editions of HTC’s One line. What are your thoughts here, do you like this design, would you be interested in getting the handset if it looked like this? As a side note, HTC is expected to release the One (M9) in March.
