Back in August, Best Buy offered up a special promotion for the Chromecast, letting folks buy two for just $55 with free shipping — $15 off the normal price. If you missed out last time, it looks like this deal is back once again!
Even if you already have a Chromecast or another streaming device, this could be a great deal for those that still have TVs in the house that don’t have a way to stream content from Netflix and other online services. Sure, the Chromecast doesn’t have quite as many services supported as boxes like the Roku, but it’s also quite a bit cheaper and ever since the official Chromecast SDK was released earlier this year we’ve seen the number of Chromecast-supported Android apps grow substantially.
To get in on the deal, you’ll want to head on over to Best Buy. Keep in mind the discounted price won’t show up until you actually go to check out after adding two Chromecast dongles to your cart. There’s also no word on how long this promotion will be back for, so we’d jump on it quickly if you’re at all interested.
