Android How to: Turn Off Smart Bulletin on the LG G3

lg-smart-bulletin-ah-1

The LG G3 has a ton of features, and one of the cooler ones that was “borrowed” from other manufacturers is the Smart Bulletin. Basically it’s a screen that is on the left side of your home screen that shows you data from the LG Health app and/or Smart tips. It’s a pretty nifty feature, but some people may not want to use it on the LG G3. Which is understandable, and why LG made it so you can delete it. There are actually two ways that you can remove the Smart Bulletin or the “G” page from the launcher

How to remove the Smart Bulletin on the LG G3

  1. From your home screen pinch in to see all your screens

  2. Now drag the Smart Bulletin page up to the “Remove” box at the top

  3. Tap on OK

  4. That’s it.

Or

  1. Go into Settings

  2. Tap on Display

  3. Tap on Home Screen

  4. Tap on the toggle to the right of the Smart Bulletin option

You can also edit whether you see LG Health, or Smart Tips or both, if you tap on Smart Bulletin in the settings app. It’s pretty nifty and easy to do. We’ve got lots more LG G3 stuff coming your way, so make sure you stay tuned.
