An update for Facebook to launch in the “coming weeks” will bring updated controls over what you see on the News Feed. This is pretty important, if you are the type of person who hates seeing nothing but memes and silly videos show up at the top of the Facebook page.
Now, you can customize who you see first on News Feed, reconnect with people you have unfollowed (why would I do that?), and discover new pages that likely post nothing but spam. The list of new settings can be found by clicking on the “More” option near the settings menu.
Not only can you select which friends to see first on News Feed, but pages as well. You know, like Droid Life. It’s always good to see what we’ve been posting onto Facebook.
As stated, this update is available today for iOS, and will be made available to Android users in the coming weeks.
