Are you Ready to Note? Samsung has been asking us this question a bit too much lately, but it’s hard to deny the effect these teasers are having on the tech world. With each new video we get closer and closer to seeing what may be the best phone of the second half of 2014. The device should be announced at IFA Berlin on Wednesday.
