Kids love technology, but many of them do not feel the same about chores. It is a form of work that can feel unrewarding and useless. Bringing the two together, though, may be just the trick in order to literally get things done. ChoreMonster, which has already had a presence on a few platforms, is now available for Android and Kindle Fire devices. It is a chore management app that makes chores fun for kids while bringing simplicity to parents.
ChoreMaster aims to allow parents to reward kids for completing their chores. With a reward in sight, in theory it should be easier for an individual to want to complete a task. For example, parents can reward children with things like television time, gaming time, trips, and money. Also, completing chores rewards kids within ChoreMonster by giving them tickets to the Monster Carnival. Here, they can collect the various characters of ChoreMonster. This gives the app its own kind of reward in addition to real life ones supplied by parents.
The developer says it has assisted families by completing more than 5.5 million chores since the start of 2013. Its success has not gone unnoticed as ChoreMonster has been selected to be a part of the Disney Accelerator program. This gives the developer additional resources and guidance to grow on the right path. ChoreMonster has already found success and is seemingly ready to continue doing so, ensuring kids have fun while completing chores.
